Renesas chips utilities

For working with Renesas controllers, I needed a simple (cheap) programmer and software.
Existing solutions for Windows was not suitable for my purposes, so I decided to write my own...
These tools were designed to work with a programmer, like below:

• R8C-tools (Windows / Linux)

  Allows to read/write/erase a program/data flash.
  Provides a simple XML-based chips registry ( see here ).
  Supports multiple programming modes: A (2 wire), B (1 wire), and 3 wire ( see manual ).
